Just the sun peaking through the trees, lighting up the snow in the morning

This was the view from the trail in the morning, lots of blue skies in the morning, this area was burned by a forest fire years ago... the trees are already coming back.

The satellite phone came in handy to contact our support team, here we see Pete freezing his hands as he is put on hold by the motel operator, while she looks for Adam.. It was only about 3 above 0 here. "It took 10 miles before the feelings came back in my fingers, this was with the handlebar heaters on high"

Pete provisions his snowmobile with safety and Technology gadgets to make the trip safer and easier... (click here to see what's inside)
